Recalling memories of past masters, my aim is to create a simplistic portrayal of all subjects, combined with truth, depth and atmosphere.

Kathleen was born in Willesden, London. For many years she worked as a hairdresser until she married and moved to South Africa. There she gained experience from working with well-known professional artists. She considers herself a self-taught artist taking the long road to finding her own identity. She has exhibited in many venues throughout Johannesburg including The Visual Arts Gallery, St. Andrews School and The Roedene School. Since returning to Britain she has had a solo exhibition at St. Enoder Church in Summercourt, Cornwall where she now resides.
